Special Purpose Integrated Circuits Laboratory (SPIC Lab.) is instructed by Dr. Bin-Da Liu. It is composed of 10 Ph.D. and 12 Master Students. There are already several Ph.D. and Master Students graduated from the Lab. They all devoted themselves in their major fields

 Our research areas are

• High voltage and low voltage technologies
 
• Digital and analog circuit designs
• Development of PSCT circuits, video processor,and Fuzzy logic controller
• The architecture of audio characteristic parameter modules and the research about system on a chip (SOC)
